Wow, the response is great, thanks you all Moleskine fans for the
support of the idea. Here's some more pictures taken in 2005 to
quench your thirst.
Yup, Reporters can be used like this, just like a Rhodia pad in a notepad cover. Although I don't like the Reporter format and prefer to use traditional pocket Moleskine horizontally, I found this horizontal pocket can be a double feature: a pocket by itself or a holder for Reporter.
Anyway, I am doing all these just for the fun of it and the love of Moleskine. Most of all, make something useful for myself. Your responses are tremendous, thanks again! My full time job takes most of my energy but I'm glad you all like it so much. Still a larger MOQ is required to get the price down to a level I myself will buy, not to mention that a product which supports a gloabl product like Moleskine will have world-wide demands I can't refuse, so I definitely won't do it in smaller quantity and limited offer, it hurts people you know :) Not a perfectionist but I still want it to have more asthetic value and material in higher quality. Takes time, which I don't have.

I am with Leslie - I think that's a great case for a Moleskine. I carry a few of them. A medium size for work, and a small Reporter for notes. I also have cahiers, and pocket size grids, etc.
I alway keep some European note cards (75x125mm) in quadrille, and the case would hold plenty of those too.
As to your travels - like you, I often head out to stationary stores when I visit a new place. On my honeymoon to St. Martin, I looked in the phone book and saw "papiterie" and told my wife we would visit. On my return, I declared about $90 in "stationary supplies" and the Custom's Agent looked at me like I was an idiot. Or a geek.
Please keep us posted - let us know what we can do to possibly help the M.Bian product move forward.
I've been using the Spec-Ops Pocket organizer case for about a month now.
I don't know what happened to the rest of my comment above so here I go again:
I've been using the Spec-Ops Pocket organizer case for about a month now. I can't help but notice that I've configured it like a wanna be M.Bian Moleskine Case. It's obvious to me how well thought out your design is. My Spec-Ops wanna be M.Bian Case just isn't cutting it. Is there anything I can do to convince you to once again consider producing your case?
Patrick: I can help you. I'm a Moleskine enthusiast myself, and I make bags.
